Lonicera iberica M. Bieb.: Investigation Antioxidant Activity and Bioactive Chemicals

In this study, it was investigated the total amounts of phenolic and flavonoid substances antioxidant activities in different solvent extracts Lonicera iberica M. Bieb. wild fruit. Total contents were determined as equivalent to gallic acid using Folin-Ciocalteu reagent, quercetin by aluminium nitrate method. addition, properties free radical scavenging (DPPH) reducing power (FRAP) methods. The amount substance L. fruits hexane methanol calculated 30.96 ± 0.67 mg GAE / g 23.70 1.56 g, respectively. 46.50 8.54 QE 42.09 2.58 It that DPPH activity correlated with substance, had a strong effect. is predicted our study will shed light on new researches, since first done Iberica field.
